Abstract:The research and development ofquantitative methods for project performanceevaluation playa crucial role in enhancing the scientific nature of project management,optimizing resource allocation,and achieving project goals. To systematically understand the development trajectory and future trends of quantitative methods for project performance evaluation and support lean project management,this research employed bibliometric and systematic review methods to search and screen literature from 198O to 2O25,both domesticaly and internationally.CiteSpace software was used for keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis,and asystematic review was conducted bycomparing traditional and modern methods.The results show that performance evaluation methods haveevolved from single financial indicators to multi-dimensional,ful-rocess comprehensive models.Modern methodssuch as Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA),Analytic Network Process (ANP),and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE)have become the mainstream ofresearch.Current hot spots are concentrated in areas such as BIMtechnology,big data analysis,and sustainable development.Thereare differences between dynamism and international research,with“theory-driven”and “ practice-oriented”approaches.Intellgenceand dynamicity are the main trends for the future,but challnges such as inconsistentstandards,databarers,andinsuicientresult transformationstillexist.Inthefuture,efortsshouldbe made todynamicallyoptimizethe evaluationstandard system,integrate methodsand innovate intellgent models,improve the dynamic evaluation and data support system,strengthen the combination of theory and practice,and deepen cross-cultural comparisons and international cooperation research,inorder to provide scientific support forlean project management throughout theentire lifecycleand help theengineering industryachieve high-quality development.
