Abstract:Theconstruction safetyof prefabricatedbuildings is influenced bythecoupled effects of multiplefactors, necesitating systematicanalysis of keyrisk factorsand theiraction pathways.This research integrates DEMATEL, ISM,and MICMAC methods to establish a multi-level analytical framework.Firstly,basedon the4M1E management method,five primary risk factors are identified:personnel,materials,management,technology,and environment.Secondly,21 secondary influencing factors aredetermined using grey relational analysis.Thirdly,DEMATEL is then employed to quantify the causal relationships among factors,identifying thecore driving factors and outcome factors of constructionsafetyrisks inprefabricated buildings.Fourthly,basedonthe ISM method,aseven-level hierarchical structure model is developed to reveal the hierarchical transmission mechanismamong risk factors.Fifthly,the dependencyand driving powercharacteristics of the factors are clarified usingthe MICMAC method.Finally,three directionsof suggestions are proposed:improving policy-basedrisk managementandcontrol,perfecting thedigitaland intellgentconstruction safetyrisk management system,and strengthening thesafetyeducationand trainingof staff. This research provides atheoretical basis and practical guidance for safety management decision-making,contributing to enhanced specificity and operability of risk control strategies.
