Innovation and Practice of the Talent Cultivation Models in Animal Production through Deep Integration of Industry-Academia-Research

Abstract：The current talent cultivation system in animal production programs in higher education still faces structural contradictions，such as the disjunction between“education and industry”and the separation of“research from application，”leading to amisalignment between talent development and industry needs.This paper analyzes the newcharacteristics of talentdemands intheanimalhusbandry industryand examines thebottlenecks in existing talent cultivation models.Using theconstructionof the Industry-Academia-Research Integrated Practical Teaching Baseat South China Agricultural Universityas acase study，it elaborates on specific measures implemented by the base， including the establishment ofa“ 3.5+0.5 ”education model，the development of dual - qualified teachers，the restructuring of the curriculum system，andthe creation of shared practical platforms.The study aims to provide practical paradigms for depening industry-education integrationand innovating talent cultivation mechanisms.
