Abstract:Soybean antigenic proteins represent the primary allrgens triggering alergic reactions in animals. Upon ingestion,these proteins compromisetheintestinal antioxidant capacityof aquatic species,damage intestinal tisuestructure,induceinflammatoryresponse,and impairmucosal barrier function.Consequently,theysuppress growthand development in aquaticanimals,thereby limiting theapplicationof soybean protein source in compound feeds foraquaculture.This review systematically examines theantinutritional efects of soybean antigenic proteins on aquatic animals and discusses potential mitigationstrategies.The findings provide atheoreticalsupport for enhancing theutilization eficiencyofsoybeanprotein,optimizing compound formulations,andreducing feed costs inaquatic animal production.
