andtransmited primarilybyAedes mosquitoes.The main clinical manifestations include fever，rash，and jointand muscle

pain.Thediseaseexhibits distinctepidemiological features and urban transmisioncycles，posingahigh infectionrisk to

human populations.Factors such as viral genetic mutations，accelerated globalization，and climate warming have driven the globalspreadofchikungunyafeverinrecentyears.Todate，chikungunyaoutbreakshavebeenreportedin119countries andregions，withanestimatedanualcumulativecasecountexceeding 5Oooo.Due totheabsenceofapprovedcommercial vacines orefectiveantiviralthrapies，Chikungunyafevercontinues toposeasignificant threattohuman health，public health systems，ndsocioeconomicdevelopment.Currntly，theglobalspreadofchikungunyafeverisbecoming increasingly severe.Notably，the2O25outbreak inFoshan，Guangdong-linked to importedcasesandsubsequent local transmissionhasunderscored theurgent needforenhanced preventionandcontrolmeasures in China.Thispapersystematicallreviews theglobalanddomesticepidemiological statusofchikungunyafever，its transmissionroutesandlocal transmission characteristics，underlyingmechanismsandinfluencingfactors，aswellascomprehensive preventionandcontrolstrategies. The studyaims to provide valuable insights for the scientific preventionand control ofepidemicimportationand spread in China and for safeguarding public health.
