淮安市预制菜产业发展现状及建议

摘 要：受国家重视、政策利好、宅经济兴起等多重因素推动，预制菜行业逐渐呈现蓬勃发展态势。淮安市预制菜产业主要发展淮扬菜系，已形成一定规模。本文通过研究分析淮安市预制菜产业发展现状和存在的问题，提出适合当地预制菜产业持续发展的建议，以供参考。

Suggestions and Current Situation of Prepared Food Industry in Huaian City

Abstract： Due to the national attention， favorable policies， the rise of housing economy and other factors， the prepared food industry is gradually developing vigorously. Huaian’s prepared food industry mainly develops Huaiyang cuisine， which has formed a certain scale. This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the prefabricated food industry in Huai’an city， and proposed suggestions suitable for the sustainable development of the local prepared food industry for reference.
