企业食堂食品安全与营养搭配管理策略研究
摘 要:企业食堂不仅承载着保障员工基本饮食需求的重任,还肩负着提升员工健康水平、增强企业凝聚力的使命。基于此,本文探讨企业食堂在食品安全管理与营养搭配方面的现状、存在的问题,并提出相应的管理策略,以期为企业食堂的可持续发展提供理论支持与实践指导。

Research on the Management Strategy of Food Safety and Nutritional Matching in Cafeterias of Enterprises

Abstract: The canteens of enterprises not only carry the important responsibility of protecting the basic dietary needs of employees, but also shoulder the mission of improving the health of employees and enhancing the cohesion of enterprises. Based on this, the purpose of this paper is to discuss the status quo and problems in food safety management and nutritional matching in the canteens of enterprises, and to put forward corresponding management strategies, with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the canteens of enterprises.
