畜产品中兽药残留的危害及检测方法研究

摘 要：随着畜禽养殖业的快速发展，兽药在预防和治疗动物疾病、提高生产效率方面发挥了重要作用。本文概述畜产品中兽药残留的危害，分析畜产品中兽药残留的检测方法，以期为相关部门和从业者提供参考。

Study on the Harm and Detection Methods of Veterinary Drug Residues in Livestock Products

Abstract： With the rapid development of livestock and poultry industry， veterinary drugs have played an important role in preventing and treating animal diseases and improving production efficiency. This paper summarized the harm of veterinary drug residues in animal products， analyzed the detection methods of veterinary drug residues in animal products， in order to provide reference for relevant departments and practitioners.
