摘 要:本文通过分析地方特色旅游食品的定义、特点及与地方文化的融合,结合绿色营销的理念和原则,提出具体的绿色营销策略,并剖析地方特色旅游食品可持续发展的路径,以期为该产业的绿色发展提供理论指导和实践参考,促进旅游经济与生态环境的和谐共生。

Green Marketing and Sustainable Development of Local Specialty Tourist Foods

Abstract: By analyzing the definition, characteristics and integration with local culture of local characteristic tourism food, this paper puts forward specific green marketing strategies and analyzes the path of sustainable development of local characteristic tourism food, with a view to providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for the green development of the industry and promoting the harmonious coexistence of tourism economy and ecological environment.
