Research on Design and Optimization of the Recycling Device for New Energy Power Batteries

Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofthenewenergyvehicle industry,theissueofpowerbateryrecycling has become creasinglyprominent.Thispaperdesignsanewtypeofrecyclingdevicefornewenergypowerbateries.Byintegrating multiple functional modulessuchasonveing,crusing,andseparatio,itacheesefcientrecyingandmaterallassificationofusedporteries. Thedevicecombinesathe-stagecrushingmechanismwithmageticseparationtechnology,fectivelyseparatingmetalando-met al materials in the batteries,with a recycling efficiency of over 95% . Experimental results show that compared with traditional recycling devices,hisdsignassignificantimprovementsinprocessingcapacityaterialsparatioaccuracyndenergyosumtioItan process 200kg ofusedbatteriesperhour,withametal material recoverypurityof 98% ,providingan efficient solution forthepower battery recycling industry.
