Abstract：China'sautomotiveinspectionstandardhasachievedhistoriclestonesinsupportingindustrialscalingandinitialtech nologicaltrasfoationstablngrmeorktatecompsesditioaletyicsndinteligei ty.Yetduringthepvotalsifttowardlectrificationndintelligenttransformation，tesystmconfrontssystemicchallegegility ofstandardsuly，efectivenessofross-domaincoordiationandglobalinfuenceinuemakinghisaprproposesacelerating thedeploymentofstandardsforemergingfieldsthroughdynamicresponsemechanisms，strengtheningmulti-departmentalgovernance toresolveiplementatonbirsnddepeningsubstantiveparticipationiiteatioalstaardtiontlobaleCethcalsolutions.Concurently，talentcultivationandispctionifrastructuremustbfored.Bytransforingmarketsaleadantages intostandard-setingleadership，thisapproachwillprovidefrward-lookinginstitutionalsafeguardsforadvancing China’snatioalau tomotive power strategy.
