Abstract:Thispaperaddressesthechalengesofcompatibilityreliability,andreal-timeperformancefacedbyautomotiveelectroniccontrolsystemsinmechatroicsintegrationItproposessolutionsincldingodeldesignoptimizationedundancydsigntimization,andoptimizedcontrolalgorithms.Throughmodeldesignoptimization,aunifiedsystemarchitecturemodelandstadardized interfaceswereestablished,significantlyimprovingsystemcompatibilityRedndancydsignptizationintroduceshardwardun dancyandsoftarefaulttlerantmehasmsatultiplelevelssuchassorsctuators,ontrolersndommicatontwork, effectivelyenhancingsystemfaulttolerance.Theadoptionofoptimizedcontrolalgoritms,suchas ModelPredictiveControl(MPC), notablyimprovestheeal-tieprformanceofteotrolsystemExperimentalresultsvaliateteefectivensofthepropodotii zation strategies,layinga foundation for the development of intelligent connected vehicles.
