Shi Yuan Li PengweiLiu Xin Guo Cheng Guo Hang Xi'an Automobile Vocational University,Xi'an 71060o,China Abstract:Aimingatfrequentfaults intheoperationofpowerbatteriesofnewenergyvehicles,thispaperconstructsafaultdiago sis andearlywarningmethodsystembasedonmulti-sourcedatacollctedbyrealvehicles.Theresearch focusesondata preprocesing, feature dimensionalityeduction,diagnosis modelconstructionandearlywaringmodelverification,andproposesadiagnosisseme foralarmdatasreeningandeuraletworkalgorithintegationCombinedwithteparameterpredictionmetod,thekeystatesuch asvoltage,temperatureandSOCcanbeidentifiedandwaredinadvance.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthemodelhashighaccu racyandstabilityndigicantlyimprovstheatandfoward-ongateryfaultidntificationTseahesultspode effective support for the inteligent maintenance of the power battery system of new energy vehicles.
