Abstract:The particularitiesof theteaching subjectsand training objectivesof higher vocationalcollges posegreater chalenges toheprofessionaldevelopmentofounselorsiighervocationalchools.ERGteory,asananalyticalframeork,can helpclarifytheeedsandotivationsforteprofessioaldevelopmentofigervcatioalcounselorsasedontis,itisfoundthat higherocatioalounseors face ssuessuchasomplex dilyafairs,severesuvivalanxietymargialzatioofprofessoalstatus, weak profesalentityackofstaiabletraigndiltisiareedanentrforetrategiesepto enhancesurvivalsurityimproveprofessoalsatisfactionstrengthnprofesioalelatioshipsanceprofessoaletity support professional growth,and increase professional happiness.
