Analysis of Influencing Factors and Strategy Exploration of Wenzhou College Graduates' Willingness to Stay in the City under the Background of Strong Urban Development

Abstract:Through literature review,questionnaire surveyand structural equation modeling (AMOS)analysis,thespecific impactfmultipledimensionssuhaspersonalfactors,familyfactors,ocialfactors,andurbanfactorsonthewlingnsofclege graduatestostayinthecitywasdeeplyanalyzedinthisstudy.Theresultsshowedthatsalaryexpectations,carerexpectations, parentalsupport,ocialelatioshisndbndevelopmntsausaeimporantfctosetigeilingnssoflgadate in Wenzhoutostayintecityndallhaveanoviouspositiveeffect.Itifoundthattheimpactofarrexpectationsadsalay expectationsisparticularlyprominentflectigtheimporancetatgaduatesatachtoheirprsoalareerevelopmnttetial andeconomicretus.Parentalsupportandsocialrelationshipsindicatethatfamilyandsocialnetworksareofgreatsignificanceinthe decisiontostayinthcityandthdevelopmentstatusofthecityalsopromotesthewlingnesstostayinthecity.Teipactof infrastructureenvironmentonthewilingness tostayinthecityisnotsignificant,whichmaymeanthat graduates'demandfor hardware facilities has been basically met,and they are now more concerned about soft factors.
