Research on the Construction and Application of Smart Evaluation Index of Higher Vocational College Library under the Background of Double High

Abstract：The constructionof“double high”promotes the smartdevelopment of vocational college libraries，butrelated intellgentevaluationresearch isstillintheexploratorystage.Thisstudyclarifiestheresearchstatusbyreviewingdomesticand foreignliterature，ombinedwiththeactualiationofcatioalcoegelibaryconstructionndonstructsathree-leveldicator systemfromfivecoredimensions：smarttechnology，service，management，space，andpersonnel.Thecombinationofanalytic hierarchy processand expertscoring wasusedtodeterminetheweightof indicators.Theresultsshowed thatsmartservices hadthe highest weight，followedbytechnologyprsonneland management werecomparable，andspace was thelowest.Theapplicationof fuzzycomprehensive judgment method inempiricalresearchonavocationalcollege libraryin Zhejiang Provinceshows thatits intellgencelevelisaboveaverage，withadvantagesintechnlogyandspacebutinsuficient managementandpersonel.Intefuture， the ntellgentconstructionofvocationalclegelibraries needtofocusonpromoting management mode innovationandtalntteam construction to achieve overall efficiency improvement.
