Research on the Construction and Application of Smart Evaluation Index of Higher Vocational College Library under the Background of Double High

Abstract:The constructionof“double high”promotes the smartdevelopment of vocational college libraries,butrelated intellgentevaluationresearch isstillintheexploratorystage.Thisstudyclarifiestheresearchstatusbyreviewingdomesticand foreignliterature,ombinedwiththeactualiationofcatioalcoegelibaryconstructionndonstructsathree-leveldicator systemfromfivecoredimensions:smarttechnology,service,management,space,andpersonnel.Thecombinationofanalytic hierarchy processand expertscoring wasusedtodeterminetheweightof indicators.Theresultsshowed thatsmartservices hadthe highest weight,followedbytechnologyprsonneland management werecomparable,andspace was thelowest.Theapplicationof fuzzycomprehensive judgment method inempiricalresearchonavocationalcollege libraryin Zhejiang Provinceshows thatits intellgencelevelisaboveaverage,withadvantagesintechnlogyandspacebutinsuficient managementandpersonel.Intefuture, the ntellgentconstructionofvocationalclegelibraries needtofocusonpromoting management mode innovationandtalntteam construction to achieve overall efficiency improvement.
