Abstract：Under thebackground of new qualityproductivity，the demandforsupplychain management talentswith comprehensive，inovativeandigh-techcapabilitiesinhina'sross-bordereommerefieldssurgedHowever，tesortageof talentshindersthehighqualitydevelopmentoftheindustry.ThroughfieldinvestigationsandresearchinZhejiang Province，Jiagsu Province，andShanghai，itwasfoundtatthrearechallenges incutivatinghigh-levelcrosbordersuppychaintalents，uchasa disconectbeteencatioandmand，theinterdiiplinaryodeledstobeimproedsuicentpacticaleprief teachers，andlackofeeoopationeteenoolsadteses.Tddesstheissesrspodgeear suggestions are proposed from theaspectsofbuildinganewcultivationsystembasedontheconceptofbroad businesscompound talents，reatinga“dualteacher”teachngteam，designingamodularcurrculumstructure，andimplementingatoptalentcultivation program for cross-border supply chains.
