Research on Deepening Human-AI Collaborative Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Tocultivate innovative talents that meet theneedsofthenewera，this study proposesa“Three-Tier Hybrid IntellgenceModel”（TTHIM）basedoncollaborativetheoryanddistributedcognitiveframework，analyzingtheempowering mechanismofhumanaritiiialintellgeneA）ollboratiooiovatietalentculivationfrotetoollye，collaboatiole andcreationlayer.TheResearchhasfoundthatstudents'AIcollaborationandinnovationabilitiescanbeeffectivelyenhancedby constructinganinterdisciplinarycuriculumsystem，implementingproject-basedlearnigtatintegratesindustryandeducation， strengtheningtheconsructionofacolaborativeecosystembetweenchoolsandnterprses，cultivatinga“dualteacherdualability” teachingstaf，andimprovingadiversifidevaluationsstem，Itassowntatvocationalcgesedtoeconstructteirtalet trainingmodelbycenteringhuman-AIcolaborativeinteraction，cultivatecompound talentsequipped withtehnicalaplication， cognitivecolboatidoaiepraticalbilis，tebyoingtatpprtfiialtafotioots.
