Abstract:TisudesigdgdtructuredeeightetectonframeokspeciallforuhurrBytestiectsfdet meshcoutsonthebeatingdegr,wetweight,andteststabilityduringproductionlinemonitoring,0-mesh(aperturemeshof1.70mm) gridwetweightframeworkfortobacoslurrywasidentified.Theresultsshowedthatte-meshgridetweightframeworkexhbitedstrong test stability,with the detected wet weight diference increasing from 1. 66 g to 3.61 g ,effectively amplifying process variations. The coefficient of variation(CV) for wet weight detection decreased by 82% .Production line tracking tests confirmed that the grid framework accuratelyreflectedchangesinsuryproperties,ithwetweightrendsaligingloselywiththpyicalperformanceoftobacobasedsts meshgridwetweightframeworkprovidedenhanceddetectionsensitivityforproductionslurrariations,evidencedbytobaoslurrytest fluctuations increasing from ±1 02g (conventional racks) to ±2 55g
