肉桂木硫酸盐化学法制浆及其抽出物的研究

Abstract:InodertoevaluatethepotentialofCinnamomumcasiaPreslforraftpulpingaplicatios,thisstudycompaeditsferor phology,chemicalcomposition,andkraftpulpingperformancewithtwocommonlyusedfiberawmaterialsEucalyptusfromGuangxind Acaciafrom Vietnam.TheresultsshowedthatthefiberlengthofCinnamomumcassiaPreslwasO.956mm,whichwassignificantlyigher thanthatofVietamAcaciaandGuangxiEucalyptus,ndtheproportioninthlongfiberareaasalsoigher.hecontentofholoceluloe was 75.53% ,lower than both Vietnam Acacia and Guangxi Eucalyptus.The viscosity of the kraft pulp after cooking was 1061mL/g ,with the yield of fine pulp was 47.59 % ,and the tensile index was 88.3 N·m/g. The benzene-ethanol extractives (3.18 % )and dichloromethane extractives (2. 29% )ofCinnamomumcasia Preslwererelativelyhighcompared toconventionalraw materials.Theextractives were predominantlycompodolowmolelarweghtsatuatedfattcid.Millalousingistcsidcatedeposiood the production system after adding Cinnamomum cassia Presl.
