Development and Validation of an Soxtec Techniques for Acetone-soluble Mater in Pulp Based on Box-Behnken

Abstract:Thisstudyusedtheacetone solublecontent inpulpasanevaluationindexandoptimizedtheSoxtec methodusing Box-Behnken response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were temperature of 76°C ,time of 25 min,and solvent volume of 64 mL. Through experimental verification,the LOD of this method was 0.013% ,the spiked recovery rate was > 95 % ,the coefficientof variation of repeatabilitywas <5% ,and the coefficient of variation of reproducibilitywas <10% . The detection results met the requirementsoftheGB/7417—2017,indicatingthathismethodhadhighaccuracyandgodreproducibility,methequalitycotrolequirementsof industrialpulpproduction,andprovidedamoreficientandreliablesolutionforacetonesolublesubstancedetectio.

纸浆中除纤维素、半纤维素和木质素外,还包含少量不溶于水却可溶于丙酮的成分,该类物质被定义为丙酮可溶物,主要由树脂、树脂酸、脂肪、脂肪酸、固醇、菇类、蜡及氧化物和氯化物等构成。(剩余6330字)
