Abstract：TeocalctudcalosiofeerouotilasBrouoetfrous noki，Brousoerldeeddosracestfdced sultsshowedtateoofhBrouotplaseidaysilasinsfatocalsuctudaloo Compareditsofdousistsiusserebodo ly arranged，accounted for a higher proportion in the phloem，and had a higher content （63.31 % ）of holocellulose.The lignin content of the phloem of three Broussonetia plants phloem （approximately 14% to 16% ） was lower than that of common wood and straw，and it was mainly deposited in the phellem layer，parenchyma tissue and phloem rays. The pectin content was 7% to 10% ，and it was mainly distributed in the phloem rays，phellogen，and parenchyma.
