TherapeuticEffectofTranscutaneous ElectricalAcupoint StimulationonHandDysfunctionafter Stroke：AMeta-analysis

Abstract：ObjectiveToevaluatetheclinicalefectofpercutaneousacupointelectricalstiulationontherehabilitationofhand functionistrokepatientsbymeta-analysis.MethodsCNKI，Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform，ChinaBiomedical LiteratureDatabase（CBM），VIPChineseJournal ServicePlatform，TheCochrane Library，PubMed，Embaseand Webof weresearched bycomputerAllandomizedcontroledtrials（RCTS）onpercutaneousacupointelectricalstiulationintetreatmentofhanddysfunctionistrokepatientspublishedinScienceandotherdatabasesweresearchedforChineseandEnglishliteraturefromtheestablishent of thedatabasetoJulyO24，ndteetiresearch，srenngandbiasiskassessmentofincudedstudieswerecaiedotdependentlybytwoinvestigators.Dataweremeta-analyzedusingRevMan5.3software.ResultsFourtenrandomizedcontrolldrials with totalof937patientswere included.Meta-analysisshowedthatthemodifiedAshworthscalescoreoftheexperimentalgroupadthe control group had significant differences[ WMD=-0.38 ， 95% CI （-0.40 ，-0.36）， P<0.00001. 1，and the modified Barthel index score also had significant differences WMD=10.51 ， 95% CI（8.73，12.28）， P<0.00001 ].Conclusion Through data processingandanalysis，theresultsshowthatpercutaneousacupointelectricalstimulationcanefectivelyrelievethedegreefhand spasminstrokepatientswithhanddysfunction，improvethepatients’dailylivingability，andpromotetherehabiliationofhanddysfunctionafterstroke.However，duetothelowmethodologicalqualityof theincludedliterature，morelarge-sample，multi-enter andhigh-quality researchverificationisstill neededinthe future.
