Abstract:ObjectiveToevaluatetheclinicalefectofpercutaneousacupointelectricalstiulationontherehabilitationofhand functionistrokepatientsbymeta-analysis.MethodsCNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,ChinaBiomedical LiteratureDatabase(CBM),VIPChineseJournal ServicePlatform,TheCochrane Library,PubMed,Embaseand Webof weresearched bycomputerAllandomizedcontroledtrials(RCTS)onpercutaneousacupointelectricalstiulationintetreatmentofhanddysfunctionistrokepatientspublishedinScienceandotherdatabasesweresearchedforChineseandEnglishliteraturefromtheestablishent of thedatabasetoJulyO24,ndteetiresearch,srenngandbiasiskassessmentofincudedstudieswerecaiedotdependentlybytwoinvestigators.Dataweremeta-analyzedusingRevMan5.3software.ResultsFourtenrandomizedcontrolldrials with totalof937patientswere included.Meta-analysisshowedthatthemodifiedAshworthscalescoreoftheexperimentalgroupadthe control group had significant differences[ WMD=-0.38 , 95% CI (-0.40 ,-0.36), P<0.00001. 1,and the modified Barthel index score also had significant differences WMD=10.51 , 95% CI(8.73,12.28), P<0.00001 ].Conclusion Through data processingandanalysis,theresultsshowthatpercutaneousacupointelectricalstimulationcanefectivelyrelievethedegreefhand spasminstrokepatientswithhanddysfunction,improvethepatients’dailylivingability,andpromotetherehabiliationofhanddysfunctionafterstroke.However,duetothelowmethodologicalqualityof theincludedliterature,morelarge-sample,multi-enter andhigh-quality researchverificationisstill neededinthe future.
