Abstract：Inclinicalpractice，gastriccancerisstilldominatedbychemotherapyandsurgicalintervention，butatthesame time，itwillalsoggeatlsstoepatnt’sodyTdioalCsemedietreaentdvoates“supptingaltddispellng evil”，whichcanalsohaveasolidandprotectiveefetonthebodywhiletreatingdiseasesProfesorLiangShuangbelieves thatthecorepathogenesisof gastriccanceris“spleenandstomachdeficiencyYingdeficienyandbloodstasis”.Clinicalephsisis onnourishingYingbloodtopreservethesplenandstomachwhileremovingcancerpoison，regulatingYingandpromotingbloodcirculation，andtakingintoaccountboth deficiencyanddeficiency.Atthesametie，itcreateditsown Guiqi Hezhong Decoction，and addedorsubdividedacordingtothedegreofdiseasedevelopment.Thearticlealsoatachedmedicalcase2evidence，inorderto provide reference for clinical workers.
