Abstract：Theincidencerateof goutyarthritis is gradually increasing，andtheageofonsetisalsoshowingayounger trendThe treatmentof goutyarthritishasalwaysbeendominatedbywesternmedicine.Now，theadvantagesofclinicaluseof traditionalChnese medicineforthetreatmentoftediseasearealsograduallyhighlightedProfessorWangShuguohasbeenengagedinclinicalworforo ver3Oyearsandhasgineduniqueinsightsintotheclinicaltreatmentofgoutyarthritis.Theorganscloselyrelatedtogoutyarthitisare thelungs，splen，andkidneys，witheficiencyofthetreeorgansasthefoundationandwind，cold，dampnes，，heat，legmnd bloodstasisastetargets.Temainpatogenesisistheunfavorablegasificatiooftetheburners，andtheeytotreatmentistoublocktheupper，middle，ndlowerbuerstorestorenoralqi.Thisarticleaims toexploreteacademiccharacteristicsof treating goutand provideabasisforclincaltreatmentof goutyarthritisbyobservingandlearinfromProfesorWangShuguo’sclinicalxprience in using Sanren decoction for syndrome differentiation.
