Abstract:Objective Based ongaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS)technology,the aromatic chemical componentsofXingpiYangeioderwereaalyzdtoevalismicalompositionndaalye ispotentialiologicaltiyroviding scientificbasisforthedevelopmentandapplicationofXingpiYangeiPowderproducts.MethodsSteamdistilltionasusedtoetract thevolailecomponentsfrommodifiedXingpiYangueiPowderandMedicinalandEdibleFoodPacketandthemainchemicalcomponentsofvltilecomponentswereanalyzedbyGC-MStechology.ResultsAtotalof91volatilecomponentsweredetectedfromthe volatile oil in Xingpi Yangwei Powder,among which 74 components with matching rate higher than 95% accounted for 97.17 % of the totalpeakarea,mainlyincludingphenols,ethers,alkenesandothers.Among them,wormwood,limonene,transcaryophylene, ginger,α-terpineolandthercomponentsarecommoncomponentsofdiferentawmaterials;LiteraturereportssowthatXingpiYan gweiPowderhastepotentialactivityofimprovingdigestivefunctionbypromotinggastricemptying,intestinalperistalsis,digestive juicesecretion,improvingdigestivesystemulcer,andpromotingtheeliinationofgastrointestinalneumatosisConclusionXingpi YangweiPowdercontainsricharomaticcomponentswithpotentialbiolgicalactivitytoimprovedigestivefunctionThisstudyprovides reference for the development,quality control,and later mechanism research of Xingpi Yangwei Powder.

醒脾养胃散是以中医药理论为指导,以调理脾胃为目标,依据经典名方“五积散”化裁而来[1-2],按照君臣佐使的配伍原则,选用温中散寒,理气健脾的白芷、肉桂、干姜、小茴香、丁香、高良姜、陈皮、益智仁、甘草等芳香药为主组成。(剩余5395字)
