Abstract：Thestomachisthefu-organof thewatervally，anditisusedforgeneraluseandforsmothescent.Gastricdiseasesdamage thestomach foralongtime，thestomach islost，thestomachqi tagnation，thestagnationof thestomachheat，sothat thebloodandblodstagnationisverybloodsepticationmeatot，resultinginstomachinflammation，erosion，ulcersandotherle sions，justas“wherethereisnosolid，therewillbefuyang”meaning.Therefore，thekeyoftreatmentshouldbetocleartheheat evilaccumulated，eliveisogestioeliateitssagationodertostoretefuctionoftomachAttoseofailnes，，it isneessrytoremovetheheatinthestomachfromthebitercoldaddissipatethehatoftestomach，soastorelevethe depresionandrelievethestresofthestomach.Thedrugscanimprovetheimmune microenvironmentofgastricucosa，inhibitthe growthandcolonzationofHelicobacterpylori，reducetheeleaseofinflammatoryfactorsandreglategastrontestinalmotilityher fore，bitercolddrugscanalsostrengthenthestomach，forthtreatmentofstomachdiseaseplayasignificantole，reasonablecompatibility，such as cell drum effect.

“苦能健胃”之说虽在中医典籍中未见相关明确记载，但苦寒类药物于临证中方药配伍的重要组成部分，常用于治疗胃火引起的吞酸、呕吐、反胃、嘈杂、呃逆、胃痞、食积等病症，如半夏泻心汤之芩连、保和丸之连翘、越鞠丸之栀子等，均发挥着清热降逆、开郁宣壅、燮理中焦、调中健胃的作用。（剩余3759字）
