Abstract：ObjectiveTooptimizethewater extractionand preparationprocessofReyhangranules.Methods Usingsinglefactor experimentsandrthogonalexperiments，comprehensivescoringisconductedbasedontheevaluationindicatorsofpasteyeldglic acidcontent，xaminethextractiofrequencyextractiontie，ndwatradtionratioandvalidatinexperimentswerecoducted， determinetheoptimalwaterextractionproce.Basedoevaluationindicatorssuchasmoistureabsorptionrate，dissolutionrate，oldingrate，andmoldingsateofparticles，Investigate thetypsandamountsofadesivesanduiliarymaterals，Deteminetheprepationproces.ResultsTheoptimalextractionprocessistoaddOtimestheamountofwatertotheetireherbalmedicineandtractit 3 times，eachtime for1hour.The molding process involvesa mass ratioofextract powder to lactoseof1：1.5，using 98 % ethanol as awetingagent，mixigwell，andgaulatin.Concusionepreferedpreparationprocesissableandfasible，hichanprovide reference for the production and preparation of Reyihan granules.
