Abstract:ObjectiveTooptimizethewater extractionand preparationprocessofReyhangranules.Methods Usingsinglefactor experimentsandrthogonalexperiments,comprehensivescoringisconductedbasedontheevaluationindicatorsofpasteyeldglic acidcontent,xaminethextractiofrequencyextractiontie,ndwatradtionratioandvalidatinexperimentswerecoducted, determinetheoptimalwaterextractionproce.Basedoevaluationindicatorssuchasmoistureabsorptionrate,dissolutionrate,oldingrate,andmoldingsateofparticles,Investigate thetypsandamountsofadesivesanduiliarymaterals,Deteminetheprepationproces.ResultsTheoptimalextractionprocessistoaddOtimestheamountofwatertotheetireherbalmedicineandtractit 3 times,eachtime for1hour.The molding process involvesa mass ratioofextract powder to lactoseof1:1.5,using 98 % ethanol as awetingagent,mixigwell,andgaulatin.Concusionepreferedpreparationprocesissableandfasible,hichanprovide reference for the production and preparation of Reyihan granules.
