Abstract：Gastricepigastricpainrefers toadiseasecharacterizedbypain intheepigastricregionnearthe heartsocket.Western medicineoftenusesdrugssuchasacidsuppressnts，astricmotilityehancers，andantidepressantsfortreament.Althoughshottermeffcacyisgod，long-termusemayhavecertainadversereactions，andtheconditionoftenrecurs，seriouslyaectingthe patient'squalityoflife.TraditionalCinesemedicinetreatmenthastheadvantagesofsignificantsymptomimprovement，feweradverse reactions，andhighsafety.ThearticlesummarizestheclinicalexperienceofChiefPhysicianZhaoPengintreating epigastricpan，and believesthatteocurrnceofepigastricpainisloselyrelatedtolverqidisomfort.ineoutoftencasesofepigastricpaincusedby liverstomachstagnationandhatarerelated.Now，ProfessorZao’sexperienceintreatingepigastricpaincausedbyliverstomachstag nationandheatisintroducedindetailforclinicallearning.Gstricepigastricpainreferstoadiseasecharacterizedbypainintheepigastricregionnartheheartsocket.Westernmedicieoftenusesrugssuchasacidsuppressants，gastricmotiltynhancersandantidepresntsfortreatmentAlthoughsort-tereficacyisgoodlongteruseayavecertaiadversereactios，andtecodiion oftenrecurs，seriouslyafectingthepatint’squaityoflife.TraditioalChinesemedicinetreatmenthasthadvantagesofsignificant symptomimprovement，feweradversereactions，andhighsafety.Theartclesummarizestheclinical experienceofChief Physician ZhaoPeg intreatingepigastricpainandbelievesthat heoccurrnceofepigastricpainiscloselyrelatedtoliverqidiscomfortine outof tencasesofepigastricpaincausedbyiverstomachstagnationandheatarerelated.Now，ProfesorZhao’sexperienceintreating epigastric pain caused by liver stomach stagnation and heat is introduced in detail for clinical learning.
