Abstract：Asarepresentativeofnorthern Chinese tea，Rizhao green teastandsoutduetoitsuniquequality，andhas become the best agricultural specialtyindustryin Rizhao City.However，asarelatively new tea area，Rizhao gren tea facesdifcultiesintheevelopment，uchasafragileindustrialchainnsufcienttechnologicaldvancement，lited brand value，and market imbalances.To cope with these challengesand promote the sustainable development of the green tea ndustryinRizhao，this papersggestedfouraspects：asolidsupplychain，intellctual empowerment，cultural detity and ecologicalco-management.These suggestionscould helpthe Rizhao green tea industry grow and revitalize rural areas，achievinga "tea-rich city".
