生物有机-无机复混肥对茶叶产量和品质的影响

Abstract:To improve fertilizeruseefficiencyandenhance thequalityand productivityoftea plants,theapplicationeffects of bioorganic-inorganiccompound fertilizeronteayield,qualityandeconomic benefitswere investigatedthrough field experiments.Theresults show thatcompared with no fertilization,the treatment with bio-organic-inorganic compound fertilizer increased in bud density,one bud one leaf density,and one bud two leaves length by 128.77% 191.35% ,and 29.01% ,respectively. The weight of one hundred buds decreased by 27.72% ,but the tenderness of fresh leaves was higher,and the new shoots of tea plants grew better,leading to a yield increase of 90.29% .The bio-organic and inorganic compound fertilizer promoted the accumulation of aqueous extracts,tea polyphenols,free amino acids and caffeine in tea shoots, making the nutrients in fresh leaves more abundant.The tea leaves produced from the new shoots treated with this fertilizer are of the best quality: green tea has a fresh floral aroma with amellow and refreshing taste, while black tea has a sweet,full-bodied aroma with subtle notesoffloral and honey,anda full-bodied palate with along,floral aftertaste.Analysisoftheyieldandeconomic benefits found that theaverage annualnetincomeofbioorganic-inorganic compound fertilizer was 164 160yuan/hm2 .Compared with no fertilization, the average annual yield and net income increased by 137.50% and 132.75% respectively. In conclusion, the application of bioorganic-inorganic compound fertilizerefectivelyenhancesteayield,improves teaquality,andboostseconomicbenefits,making itaviablemanagement strategy for promoting productivity and quality in tea plantations.
