Abstract： Hengzhou is the largest production center ofjasmine and jasmine tea in China，knownas thehometownof Chinese jasmine and the world jasmine capital.This article provided a thorough analysis of thecurrent state of scientific and technological innovation in the jasmine industryof Hengzhou.Itpointedout botleneck problems in varietybreeding， plantingand processing，and proposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the highquality development of the jasmine industry in Hengzhou.
