Abstract： This paper deeply investigated the development trend of tea professional cooperatives in Longyou county， systematically analyzed its existing problems. Combining with the policy opportunities and practical experience of tea professional cooperatives， this paper put forward targeted and operable countermeasures and suggestions from the six aspects of standardizing operation and management， deepening technological cooperation， focusing on brand building， strengthening talent cultivation， optimizing element support， and improving policy guarantee， aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the steady development of tea professional cooperatives in Longyou county， so as to promote the upgrading of tea industry in Longyou county and help the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
