Abstract： This paper reviewed the literature published in 2024 on the detection of organic pollutants in tea， with a specific focus on innovations in pretreatment materials and methods， as well as advances in analytical detection techniques. Particular attention was given to the application of novel pretreatment materials， rapid detection technologies， and algorithmic models employed in tea measurements. The high-quality development of organic pollutant detection technologies for tea is of significant importance for supporting tea quality and safety assessment， and for improving tea quality control.
