Abstract： In 2024， China's tea plantation area maintained a gradual increase while tea production continued steady growth， with slight adjustments in agricultural output value. The national tea plantation area reached 34.952 million hectares， yielding a total output of 3.499 1 million tons of dried raw tea， generating a total output value of 321.785 billion yuan. Based on the survey of the main tea production and marketing areas in our country in 2024， the article systematically summarized and comparatively analyzed the production and sales data of China's tea industry in recent years， and comprehensively sorted out the current production and sales situation of the national tea industry from the perspectives of tea production and sales. Suggestions were also proposed for the development of tea industry in the future.
