Abstract： The construction of digital tea gardens is an important way and carrier to develop new productive forces in the tea industry. It helps to inject new technological impetus into the development of the tea industry， enhance the new element momentum of the industry， and thereby promote the high-quality development of the industry. This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the tea industry development in Mingshan district， Ya'an city. Taking the construction practice of digital tea gardens of Ya'an Guangju Agricultural Development Co.， Ltd. as an example， it sorted out the exploration and practice of digitalization of tea gardens in multiple management systems. Practice has shown that the digital tea gardens have significant advantages in saving labor costs， reducing the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers， increasing yields， and improving agricultural efficiency. It is a high-quality development model for the tea industry that can be implemented on a large scale.
