柔性复合相变薄膜的制备及其性能研究

Abstract: Organic phase change materials have advantages of smallvolume change and high latent heat during the phase transition,making them highly promising for thermal management in electronic devices.However, they have the drawbacks of easy leakage and low heat transfer efficiency in solid-liquid phase change.In this work, a parafin wax (PW)/aramid nanofiber (ANF)-carbon nanotube (CNT) composite phase change film is prepared by filling the phase change material of PW into porous ANF-CNT film to address these issues. The measurement results demonstrate that the porous ANF-CNT film has abundant pores, which can be filled with a large amount of PW and prevent its leakage. The leakage rate of the PW/ANF-CNT fim is reduced by 72% compared to the pure PW. Additionally,the PW/ANF-CNT film exhibits an ultimate tensile strength of 4.7 MPa with the toughness increased by up to 100% . The phase transition enthalpy of the PW/ANF-CNT film reaches 192.7J⋅g-1 , showing its high thermal storage ability. The thermal conductivity of the PW/ANF-CNT film is 0.36W⋅m-1⋅K-1 ,which is 20% higher than that of PW, indicating the significantly-improved heat transfer efficiency.The composite phase change film also exhibits high thermal stabilityand reusability.When applied as an additional heat dissipation material of a lithium-ion batery, the thin PW/ANF-CNT film can significantly reduce the temperature of the battery.This study provides a facile method for preparing a composite phase change film with high flexibility,phase change enthalpyand thermal conductivity as a heat disipation material to ensure the operation of the batteries at constant temperatures for higher safety and longer cycling life.
