动物源性食品中5种新型农药残留的气相色谱-串联质谱法测定

Abstract:To establish a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) method for the determination of five new pesticide residues (2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene, flumethrin, benzpyrimoxan, flupyrimin,and sedaxane) in animal-derived foods.The sample pretreatment procedures along with chromatographic and mass spectrometric conditions were optimized. The samples were extracted using acetonitrile/acetone (1:1, u/ν ,containing 1% acetic acid) via ultrasonic extraction, purified by dispersive solidphase extraction (d-SPE), and analyzed by GC-MS/MS.The five pesticides exhibited good linearity in the concentration range of 0.0004-0.1000μg/mL ,with correlation coefficients . The quantitation limits ranged from 0.4μg/kg to 87.7μg/kg :Therecoveries at three different spiked concentration levels were between 73.23% and 111.92% ,and the relative standard deviations (RSD) for precision were within 15% 0 5).The method is rapid and simple in sample pretreatment,and sensitive and accurate in detection. Itis suitable for the determination ofresidues of the five new insecticides and fungicides in animal-derived foods.

动物源性食品可能受到饲料和环境中多种农药的污染,用于喷洒养殖场控制体外寄生虫的杀虫剂和杀菌剂可能与畜禽直接接触,受污染的畜禽源食品通过营养转移在人体内积累农药,对人体健康造成危害[1-2]。(剩余19176字)
