储罐底部平板裂纹漏磁涡流复合检测方法研究

Abstract: MFL(magnetic flux leakage)needs to magnetize the plate to a near-saturation state to obtain a beter crack MFL detection effect in the detection of plate cracks at the bottm of the storage tank. When the saturation is not reached,the detection effect is not good and the detection accuracy is low.In this paper, eddy current testing ECT(eddy current testing ) is used to improve MFL to design a magnetic flux leakage eddy current compositedetection method for plate cracks atthe bottom of storage tanks.Firstly,the control equation of the above composite detection is derived.Then,the finite element analysis of the crack detection of the bottom plate of the tank under three different detection methods of MFL, ECT and composite detection is carried out respectively.The results show that the composite detection combines ECT detection on the basis of MFL detection. Compared with the single MFL detection,the ability to detect cracks on the surface and near the surface is improved.Finally,itis deduced that the detected crack characteristics have asignificant linear correlation with the actual crack characteristics,and the length characteristics of the crack can be inferred by the fitted linear relationship.This new composite detection method for tank cracks has important application value and has positive significance for improving the safety and reliability of storage tanks.
