Abstract: To address the challenge accurately measuring small fuel flow rates in real-time during micro turbojet engine bench tests, a method based on the weighing technique is proposed. The system comprises a bridge-type cantilever beam sensor, a high-resolution £-△ ADC,an ESP32-based embedded platform, LabVIEW-based host stware.By combining high-precision mass measurement the fuel tank, a queuebased algorithm, a second-order Buterworth low-pass filter,real-time fuel flow measurement within a defined time window is achieved. Test results show that within the designed weighing range,the full-scale mass measurement erroris within 0.052% .At anupdate rate 10Hz, thesystem achieves pressure-loss-free flow measurement over the full operating range the engine, with a ful-scale flow error not exceeding 0.641% . Under low-vibration test conditions,the full-scale flow error is further reduced to 0.086% demonstrating consistently high performance across various scenarios.
