Abstract: In order to study the vibration response characteristics of launching vehicle in road transport environment, field test of a launching vehicle was carried out on various types of road in the test field. Required vibration acceleration signals were collected.After the vibration data was processed,the vibration signals were analysed in time domain and frequency domain.The vibration response of the vehicle structure under different road conditions was studied. The characteristics of multi-type road are analysed statistically based on acceleration power spectral density. The results show that the frequency response range of the launching vehicle varies greatly under diferent road excitation.The actual road characteristics also exist the phenomenon of cross-stage, which cannot be judged as a single standard road level. The research results provide a reference for the design improvement and test or simulation of related equipments. A simple and effective road grade identification method is provided as well.

发射车作为装备车辆,除了发射系统的自激振动外,在路面运输过程中会受到较多的振动冲击源,如装备自身惯性质量与车辆牵引及紧急制动等外力的相互作用、运输车辆车轮往复运动和发动机运行引起的振动、路面起伏下车辆产生的振动冲击等[1]。(剩余10369字)
