Abstract: In the power system characterized by “double high”and “double random”,the stochastic dynamic changes grid voltage and current signals become more and more obvious. This change brings new challenges to the existing power measurement methods,and there is an urgent need to systematically analyze and improve the traditional measurement methods. The purpose this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview various traditional algorithms currntly used for grid time-domain signal measurement and analysis, including frequency-domain algorithms, parametric algorithms, and time-frequency-domain algorithms. This paper discusses in detail the basic principles these algorithms,analyzes their performance in practical applications, and the characteristics after improvement and optimization. When comparing the advantages and disadvantages these algorithms,this paper also emphasizes their applicability in different applications and defines the applicable occasions various algorithms.Through comprehensive comparison and analysis,this paper not only summarizes the current status the application these algorithms in power metering,but also provides reference suggestions on how to build a more reasonable and efective power grid power metering algorithm. 传统的电能计量方式中,全波电能计量方式在较多场合被采用,它是对电压、电流信号所产生总电能的一种计量方式,适用于电网信号可以用稳态周期非正弦信号模型表征的场景,且其中的高次谐波含量相对于基波占比较低,并基本具有频率越高占比越低的典型特征。(剩余30277字)
