星载磁强计高低温磁场校准装置研制

Abstract: The large temperature diference in the operating environment of the spaceborne magnetometer affcts the measurement accuracy of the magnetometer. In order to improve the on-orbit measurement accuracy of the spaceborne magnetometer,a high and low-temperature magnetic field calibration device is developed, which adopts a shielded room to provide a low-noise near-zero magnetic field environment,a high and lowtemperature system to provide a controllable temperature environment, and a magnetic field reproduction system based on the zero magnetic moment coils to provide the calibration magnetic field.The structural composition, working principle and detailed design of the main components of the calibration device are given in the paper. After testing, the device can provide a temperature environment of ±150 三 C ,a reproduced magnetic field of ±100.265μT, ,a magnetic field linearity of 1.06×10-4 , and a maximum inhomogeneity of 1.8×10-4 in the ϕ200mm sphere domain in the complex interference magnetic field environment of an ordinary industrial plant, which can satisfythe demand for the calibration of temperature characteristics of the spaceborne magnetometers and various other types of sensors.
