聚焦超声作用下的超声透射相移测温方法研究

Abstract: In ultrasound hyperthermia, it is of great significance to accurately measure and evaluate the temperature field inside the tissue under the action of focused ultrasound. In order to achieve non-contact measurement of the internal temperature field during focusedultrasound,a phase-shift temperature measurement experimental scheme for gel membrane was proposed. Combining with its experiments on sound velocitycalibration, internal temperature field simulation,and relevant calculations,an experimental method for non-destructive measurement of the internal temperature field of membranes under the action of focused ultrasound was developed.The experimental results of the gel phantom show that the average error of the method of detecting the phase shift of the ultrasonic transmission signal is 3.2% compared with the invasive measurement results of thermocouples, and the average error is 7.4% compared with the results of the colorchanging profile extraction method,and the comparison resultsare in good agreement,and the internal temperature field can be accurately measured without destroying the phantom. This experimental method of temperature measurement by detecting ultrasonic phase shift can provide an evaluation basis for the safety assessment of ultrasonic hyperthermia, and has important clinical application prospects.
