金属减振器高周疲劳失效研究

Abstract: As a new type of vibration absorber,metal vibration absorber has been widely used for the vibration attenuation of structures in various complex environmental conditions.Therefore,the fatigue reliability of metal vibration absorber will affect the safety of structure directly.In order to obtain the fatigue property of metal shock absorber,the non-standard fatigue testing fixture of metal vibration absorber is designed,and the high-cycle fatigue experiments are performed. After that,the microscopic observations of metal wire components are conducted by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and three-dimensional tomography (μCT) (20 devices.Further,the laws of fatigue loss slagsand fatigue looseness of metal vibration absorbers are successfully obtained.The research results indicate that the loading frequency has little eect on the fatigue test resultof vibration absorberwhen the loading frequencyislower than 80Hz .Theslagphenomenon of the lower end of the metal vibration absorber is more serious than that of the upper end.When the amplitude of fatigue displacement exceeds the initial preload displacement of vibration absorber, the fatigue loosening may occur,which isadoptedas the failure criterion to determine the failure life of metal vibration absorber. Consequently, a novel and universal fatigue failure life testing method of metal shock absorber is proposed in thisstudy.The fatigue failure lifeof TSJmodel metal shock absorber is successfully obtained,and its microscopic failure lawis mastered.
