Abstract：InodertoealizethelightweightvibrationcontrolofTDsonstructuresandtoimprovethedampingperformanceoftraditioal TLDs，weproposedtobiteampigetanoed-ototuduidder（D-Dithteacad-pioieteeeto formaewtypeoftunedliquidinertersystem（DS-TS）.OnthebasisofanalyzingthedampigmechanismofDNS-TLIS，thefundamental frequencysolutionfoulaofDN-TISisderived，temechanicalodelofD-IS-single-degree-of-fredomstructuralsstes constructed，adolutietoquvlentiqdmotoeloityispropedadccdiglycalculatieodoaite totalequivalentdampngratioof-SisproposedTheaccuracyofthetheoreticalmodelandthecalculationforulaofthetotal equivalentdampingatioisverifidbyakingabletestsonasinglestoyteelfrae.Tesakingtableestsadteoreicalresultssowthat DNS-TLIS canachieveexcelentstructuraldampingcontrolunderseismicactionandacomplishthelightweightdesigngoaloftunedliqud mass，andamongaltypesofD，DN-Iasthemostoutstandingdampigperfoanceequiresthesalestactualliquidmass， and has the best engineering applicability.
