Abstract:Mechnicalequipmentiswidelyusedinfieldssuchasaerospace,railtransportation,energyandhemicalengiering,and advancedmanufacturing.ItsconditionmonitoringtecholgiescanelpesurethesafeandreliableoperatioofvariousequpmentInecet years,researchonitellgent macineryconditionmonitoringmethodshsreceivedmuchatention.Espeilly,researchonacinery conditionmonitoringbasedondeepleainghasemergedandgraduallybecomeahottopic.However,deepleaingoftenrequiresmasive amountsofhiguaitydatandbsctfueatusitetractsckpsicaliterpreabilitmakgiulttectielyoe chalengesfacdipracticalegeigondiiomoitrigsenaro,suchastrogbackgrodse,alageamotofalhatait fewfaultdataalloveralldatavoleandteugentdfopyicallyitereablefutatestupportmoiongdois resultsandmaintenancedecisions.Thishaslimitedthewidespreadaplicationofdpleaingtheoryandmethodsinmachnerycondition monitoring.TeforitisuenttutseaciterpeableadtrtwoitellgntmacendomongIt years,newlyprpoddatadrienitepetableotiiedweightsvepicaliterpeabilitydaniicateteyforatioalt frequencies,andasriesofetodsdeveloedbasedonteotiedweightssowgreatpotetialaplicatiovalueforpracticalitellt machineryconditiomonitoring.Therefore,tofurterpromoterelatedresearch,thisarticleaimstovieandsummarizeterseachof interpretableoedweightteoryndeatdmetds,anddisstefutureresearchdirectiosofiterpretableintellgetchy condition monitoring.
