Abstract:Four-pontcontactballbearings (FCBB),owingtoteiriquedouble-arched'tructure,frequentlyeibitulti-ontotact statesdurngoperationwhichignificantlyffectteirloadcapacityacewaystructuralparametersreriticalfactorsifueingtse contactstates.Inthisstudy,adynamicsupportmodelFCBBscosideringnoliearinteractionsamongcompoentsisdevelopedto analyzetheinfuenceraceaystructuralparametersontecontactcharacteisticsbaringsunderdierentoadingonditios.Thsults indicatethatthoaeopailstdagpefaejstiteraoatactleie theinfluencecingdimessisinlyfltediefoecharacteristicsetweenteballadaceaysdurigmuli-otcotact. Appropriatemulti-ointcontactcanoptimizeloaddistributionandshareextealloadsefectivelyAditionall,designingtheiering archingangletetlyrgertantattoutergiseneforaningthlodcagcapacityadextendgtefatiguelife FPCBB.This studycanprovideatheoreticalbasis for thestructuraloptimizationand performanceimprovementFPCBB.
