Abstract:Atpresent,vehicleloadsaremainlyobtainedtroughbridgeweigh-inmotion(BWM)system.TheMosesalgorit,wichisthe coreofBWIMsystm,hasoverfitingproblmsenidentifingaxleswithrelativelyclose welbses.Itleadstolwrecogitiocuracy. Toadesthisproblem,thispaperpropossanovelBWalgoritbasedonBayesianliarregresso(BL).Tealgorithuste initialdistributionofaxleweightsandmeasurementerror,andutilizesBLRtoiterativelyupdatetheaxleweightsofvehicles.Itcan theoreticallyeducetheinfluenceofoveftingonterecognitionresultsandimproveteauacyofaxleweights.Tefeasibilityand robustnesoftheBLRlgoritareverifidbycomparingthcogtionresultsofMosesalgorith,Tikhoovgularzatioalgoritmand BLRalgorittoughnumericalsiulatiosandin-situtestResultssowtheproposedalgorithasigherrecognitionacuracygood stability,wider applicability,and can be better applied to the intelligent management of bridges.
