ORB特征引导的压缩DIC全场振动测量方法

Abstract:Digitalimagecoelation(DIC)iswidelyusedifullfelddfomationmeasurementofmateialsndstruturesuetoits advantagesofsimpleuipmentandstroganti-itefereceabilityHoweer,igrecisiondamicdefoatimeasurementputsiger requirementsonthetemporalandspatialesolutionofdigitalimages,andthelargeamountofdataimagesgeneratedbylong-tevibtion monitorigleadstopoblemsschasloomputatioalefiiencyandslodatarasmsionhichseriouslystrictsteprootioofthe DICmethodinthefieldofvibrationengineringapplications.Toadresstheseproblems,thispapercombines tepricipleofportable networkgraphics(PNG)compresionwiththeORB(orientedFASTandrotatedBRIEF)feature-guidedDICmethod,whichsignificantly reducestheimagedatasizeunderthepremiseofguaranteingthemeasurementaccuracyandgreatlyimproves theimagedisplacement calculationspeedFirstly,theimagedatasetisflteredandtencompresed withtheDeflatealgoritm,andsecondly,theORBfeature guidedwhole-pixelsearchalgorithmisusedtoestimatethewhole-pixeldisplacementofthecompresedimagedata,andtheub-pixel displacementisbtaiedwiteinversecomposioalGau-Newtonlgorit(C-G)tobtaintedisplacementfieldwitsub-piel accuracy,andfinallombidiththecalibrationparameterstoobtaneful-feld3Doodinatesoftetargetbjectheoposed methodisvaldatedyevbratiosponsemeasuentexperimentsoftestaiesstlantileeeaandteisplacentallatio speedisup to 3o721 points/sunder thepremise of reducing the data memoryby 48.94% ,andthe average error of the obtained time curve compared with that of the eddy current displacement sensor data is less than 15μm ,and the maximum relative error of the intrinsic frequency obtainedbythespectralanalysisofteitrisicfrequcycomparedwithtatoftheddycurrentdisplacementsensorresultissthan 0.4% Themaximumeatieoretweetetrisicfrequecyaiedfrospectralaalisandthedyurentdisplacementseorultsis below 0.4% .The proposedmethodissucefullyappliedtothevibrationanddeformationmeasurementofthesailboardskeletonstructure, and theabsolute maximum error of the 3D ful-field deformation measurement results is less than 5μm ,theabsoluteaverage error islessthan 1μm ,and the error of the first three orders of themeasured intrinsic frequencyis less than 3% ,withareduction of 57.8% of the memory
